  Waitress was friendly but moving as though she didn’t have a care in the world. We waited 15 min for a refill on drinks due to no tea being brewed, 5-10 min for ranch after food was delivered even though it was ordered with the food, and finally stopped attempting to flag her down for the check after the 3rd failed attempt. Hostess stand has a large stack of flyers advertising $5 apps which we ordered from only to find out that there is fine print stating it’s only available during playoff games at half time. Ultimately the appetizer we ordered thinking it would be $5 was $9.99. The restroom appeared to be about a week overdue for a cleaning as well based on the appearance of the urinals and the smell as soon as you enter. There were about 25 people in the entire restaurant while we were there and there appeared to be ample staff to avoid the wait times we had. The food was good but they did forget the buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken wrap. Overall my recommendation would be to just pick a different location if you’re going to BWW’s because this one has some things they need to work on.

  Came in late tonight to grab food before we headed home. Had about 45 minutes till close. Our server Anastasia was rude from the moment we walked in the door. Clearly annoyed we were dining in. We sat down, ordered our drinks, got the wrong drinks and when we said something, she argued we were wrong. So I just ordered something different and let it go. She came back, took our food order. Pick 6 and we both got the exact same thing. When she dropped off the food at our table before I could even say a word, she just walks off. No does everything look OK, do we need anything, refills Nothing. We were out of drinks when we got our food. I asked two other staff members if I could get a refill and they said they would find her. Asked someone if I could get ranch got the same response. So we just ate what we had. We finally had to just hunt her down ourselves to get our check. She walks over drops It all at our table and as she’s walking away Says I’ll meet you up front when you’re ready. No how was everything, did yall need anything else, sorry I disappeared and never once came back to check on yall. Rude from beginning to end. If you hate nights / closing or just hate your job then please find a new one. We’re also servers, there is no excuse.

  I'm used to like to go there and eat all the time but you guys decided to call the police on me at the side of the trespass me and y'all going to get it and I'm going to end up showing that place down because the way the treating me it is not acceptable all I was trying to do it gets hot in Pensacola Florida you know it gets hot and people have the right to ask for water cannot reject a human being so and I haven't been there so you cannot do nothing to me since I have identification if I decide to go there I'll just go to the Hilton and stay there but I will not go there add Starbucks are my kind of people and you guys are just really treated me really badly which I will not approve well I never ask for free food and it was Kelly and I'm not in Pensacola Florida anymore I'm in Arizona now people are friendly here

  We came on a Saturday night with my family of 4 at about 8:30 p.m. Restaurant was not busy at all. Our sever was good; however, we had 2 burgers in our orders and both of them were raw. We sent one back and she seemed very unapologetic. She just brought the new one back and set it on the table. We left the second one there uneaten. Food was cold and not fresh, so we just ate what we could and paid for our food, then left. For some reason it seems like every time we come to this specific establishment, something goes wrong. Probably will not be coming back to this one.

  Me and my friend went to this location last night (Thursday night) . Our server was super nice but sadly the manager on shift was absolutely rude. I recently got a six free wing coupon from the mobile location and asked despite that could I use it here. My server said he would see. Instead of the manager kindly saying no and returning said coupon he threw it away fully so I couldn’t use it when I go to the other location. He apparently was frustrated by the coupon but that’s no excuse to throw away the thing without using it. That treatment really ruined my experience there and I won’t be returning to this one.
