    I know the kid amari just started a few days ago. But he really led me to believe that this food was EXCELLENT. I ordered some food from arbys including the meat mountain, curly fires, water and DEM MOZZY STICKS. The food was WONDERFUL. 10/10 service from the whole employee staff and just what a great prospect the kid is, really gotta give him his flowers.

    Do you all just not train people on customer service or do people really lack basic manners nowadays?? If I was a real petty person I would be calling my bank and asking for a refund because $14 for a skimpy sandwich and fries that were barely filled is ridiculous.

    Drive-Thru girl told us to pull forward & she’d bring it out. I pointed out that I was the only one in line. She admitted she was tryin to improve their drive-thru timer score. Against my better judgement, I pulled up. After waiting 5+ min, I got out & walked in. My sandwich was sitting on the counter in a bag ready to go. No customers. Employees standing talking. I told them to give me my sandwich, then told them I’d never pull forward again. I told them I was angry about now having a cold sandwich. Arby’s Corporate, you gotta get a handle on this drive-thru debacle. This is not my first struggle with this! It’s working against you! Store manager, shame on you. You are sacrificing customer experience in your attempt to defraud the company.

    The restaurant was outdated and needs updating. The rubin was good but the double roast beef was lacking it was dry and not the right color. Service was good.
