I sat as the second person in the second row and there was only 3 people there at first and because the person in front of me didn’t like there drink I got skipped three times in the order taking. She could have walked a little bit to take my order first instead of taking people that had just got there when I was waiting for over 10 minutes already. Never going to the one on 9th again.

Carmel or other flavor....No thank you. A few moments later I am promptly delivered a drink, but it was likely one shot of expresso with 6-8 oz of screaming hot (possibly burnt) milk. Would not classify as a cappuccino, more into flat white territory, but even then its just too much milk. Could I have offered direction, perhaps, but I am ordering at a dedicated coffee shop. Learn the drinks, or if your not sure, ask the customer what they want.
