  I don’t leave reviews but I had the worst experience and I now understand the TikTok’s of people complaining about 7brew. Horrible customer service and openly rude. Waited 10 mins and all of our simple drinks were made wrong.

  Im sorry but I have been to this the location on davis three times and the employees are very snooty and rude like I like my 9 mile location much better so that is where I will be going

  First time here and the staff was nice to recommend me his favorite. I told him I didn’t want it to be sweet and they made it just right. Only downside is I wish the coffee flavor was stronger, but would come back again to try another drink!

  We had our order taken as soon as we drove in and they were friendly and got us moving forward quickly. Person at the table was a little odd, they handed us a straw and then went back inside until our drinks were done. Not the normal interaction I was use to. Drink tasted a little off today, not bad just different. We definitely missing the 7 brew vibe this afternoon for the second half.

  I used to be a fan of Scooter’s Coffee, but their drinks tend to be too sweet for my preference. I’m not a fan of overly sweet coffee, and the way their drinks are made just didn’t work for me. When this location opened near my home, it felt like the perfect fit. I used to visit every other day until I started making coffee at home more consistently. Now I only stop by occasionally. I’ve actually found a lot of value in making my coffee at home. In December 2025 alone, I saved about $200 by making coffee Monday through Friday. It really put things into perspective. Overall, this location stands out to me as one of the better chain coffee options in Pensacola. In my opinion, it ranks above other chains, with Starbucks next, followed by Scooter’s, then Dunkin, and lastly Dutch Bros.
