  Im disappointed the men's room didn't have any soap in the dispenser or anywhere. I had to ask myself if the staff used that restroom and there was no soap they where did they wash their hands??? Maybe the there is a separate staff restroom 🤷🏾‍♂️

  I had a great experience at Pollo Tropical! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. Definitely a go-to spot when I want something delicious and satisfying!

  I been to many Pollo Tropical in my life and I have to say after just leaving this one worst experience I had the cashier was slow and still got our order wrong we waited for our food the lady was rude a gentleman was asking if his mobile order was ready and ignored him completely Then shouted my ticket number I said here she ignored me and shouts again I had to basically put my receipt in her face Then I asked her for some sauce and with an annoyed sigh and teeth sucking goes to the back and grabs 3 and shoves them in my bad And the drive through was also backed up at 8pm Overall experience it was horrible and slow 0/10 don't recommend go to another Pollo

  I've been going to this location for a long time but I think it's under new management. The last several times I've gone my order is either wrong or old tasting food. Today I went, spent over twenty dollars just to get home to a tasteless and over cooked chicken meal. I've ordered delivery from other Pollo Tropical restaurants and received fresh better tasting food than this location when going in person (never again). While waiting at the drive thru window I witnessed the manager give the cashier the most unprofessional look as it seemed someone's order was not correct. Managers should set an example and the tone for a positive environment. This is not the first time I've witnessed unprofessionalism towards the staff at this location. Management needs to better because you never know who's watching.

  The manager talked to me with an attitude because I complained about a order they had messed up. I ordered quesadilla and they gave me césar wrap and also I ordered a chicken césar salad and they only gave me lettuce and they charged me extra money. And when I went to complain about it she tossed the food on the container like she didn't want to do it. PLEASE FIX YOUR ATTITUDE IT STINKS! I dont recommend anyone to attend that place. And also I had to wait alot. 1 half an hour waiting on a order that isn't what I ordered.
