    Unfortunately, the workers are trying their best to get drive thru, in person and mobile orders all completed in a timely manner. They need a better assembly line system and more support. All online orders were being disregarded. It’s unfortunate since Pollo is a staple. Corporate needs to analyze how to make it flow. It was stressful seeing how stressed the workers were.

    The worse window service!!+ TOSTONES HARD AND COLD.ROPA VIEJA COLD AND NO ONIONS OR ANYTHING ELSE AND QUESADILLA WHITHOU CHEESE, COLD AND HARD! MAYBE INSIDE THE FOOD WILL BE BETTER!!! DONT EVEN BOTHER!
