  We had such a wonderful dinner with friends at Sirocco! The atmosphere was amazing, the show was beautiful, and the entire evening felt special from start to finish. Nico was outstanding—so attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. The food was incredible, and the Kibbeh Nayeh was definitely our favorite—absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Every single thing we ordered was great, and the service made the experience even better. It was the perfect place for a fun dinner with friends, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

  I want to formally document my terrible experience at your establishment on Friday evening. The food served was not only old and unacceptable, but had to be returned. The service was equally appalling—the waiter was completely incompetent, and the manager, instead of resolving the issue, resorted to shouting at us. I made the decision to leave no tip under the circumstances. However, upon reviewing my bank statement, I discovered unauthorized charges added. The total bill was around $153, yet I was charged $191, indicating someone fraudulently added a tip I did not authorize. This constitutes unauthorized credit card charges, which is a serious breach.

  I’ve been to Sirocco Restaurant multiple times and it never disappoints. The food is consistently incredible and the service is always top-tier. On this visit, Bibiana took great care of us she was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. We ordered the tabbouleh, Lebanese steak, shrimp scampi, and hummus, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell they put care into every dish. This is definitely one of my go-to spots, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and even better service!

  I really had high expectations about this restaurant due to reviews I read, but after experiencing it myself alongside my family, I would disagree. To start things off, I’m very big on ambiance and customer experience. As I walked into the restaurant, I noticed that it was separated into two sections: an outdoor- like smoking section where the restaurant offers hookahs to smoke, and an inside section. The general ambiance felt warm and homey in a Mediterranean way, but I quickly noticed the unsightly disgusting busboy area, in plain view near a table, where the waiters and busboy freely threw trash away and kept dirty dishes. There was heavy dust on the fake olive tree that was located in the centered of the restaurant, and the decor on the walls looked haphazard and broken. As I headed to the restroom, the hallway leading there was very well decorated only for it to be cheapened by the look of staff’s personal belongings laid on the floor near the entrance of the restroom. The restroom itself had cleaning supplies on the counter tops and was not well kept. My server was rather kind, but the staff, in general seemed as if they needed training on how to uphold a professional dining experience. The atmosphere would repeatedly get obnoxiously interrupted with the loud playing of a birthday song over the speakers, which were not maintaining a continuous stream of music. The manager appeared far too casual and was found playing around with the staff who wore gloves yet used their hands in unsanitary ways. I had the branzino and lamb chops which was pretty mediocre, but the side dishes were very subpar yet talked up as if they were exceptional. Overall, the restaurant needs new management. A lot of these issues reflect leadership and it’s eye for excellence. The restaurant staff needs training and to ditch the mint green suspenders.
