  Jedesmal, wenn wir in USA sind, gehen wir dort essen. Ist immer lecker- könnte jeden Tag dorthin gehen. Klar- auch hier wurde kräftig an den Preisen geschraubt, weniger Fleisch- höhere Preise. Aber- die Qualität ist geblieben! Einziger Minuspunkt für uns: die Klimaanlage ist sehr kalt gestellt! Ich gehe nie ohne Jacke dorthin. Könnte aber auch an uns liegen- sind halt Europäer.

  On April 19th at approximately 4:30pm, I visited Outback Steakhouse for dinner. I was really looking forward to enjoying a great steak, as I’ve always had high expectations for Outback. I want to start by saying the customer service was excellent. The host, general manager, my server did an outstanding job,they were attentive, professional, and truly made us feel welcomed. That level of service did not go unnoticed. For my meal, I ordered the artichoke dip with chips as an appetizer, followed by the shrimp and steak pasta as my entrée. The appetizer was decent,I’d rate it a 7 out of 10. Unfortunately, the main course was very disappointing. The shrimp and steak pasta lacked flavor overall. The seasoning seemed almost nonexistent, the sauce was bland, and the steak tasted as though it had been cooked without any real preparation or care. It honestly felt rushed and uninspired. It’s disappointing because I came in with high expectations, and while the service exceeded them, the food did not. The kitchen could definitely use some improvement. A dish should feel thoughtfully prepared,not just like another item being pushed out. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, because with service like that, the food should match the same level of excellence.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Outback Steakhouse was extremely disappointing. We waited over an hour for our food, and the staff kept giving us false updates like “just a few more minutes.” In the end, the food never even arrived. What was even more upsetting was the complete lack of care — no apology, no effort to fix the situation, nothing. As a customer, you expect at least basic respect and communication, but unfortunately, that was missing here. The cleanliness was also questionable, which made the experience even worse. Sadly, this visit completely ruined our evening. I would not recommend this location.

  Outback Steakhouse – Absolutely unacceptable experience! We waited over 1 hour for our food. The staff kept saying “2 minutes” and “4 minutes,” but the food NEVER arrived. After more than an hour, we told them we were leaving, and they simply said “okay” — no apology, no explanation, nothing. On top of that, the forks and knives were dirty, which raises serious concerns about hygiene. From start to finish, this was a complete disaster. Avoid this place — it’s a waste of your time and money.

  We had issues with the doordash delivery service and the manager Gabby and her team went over and beyond to make sure we received our order. This is why we continue to dine here and hope they continue with the amazing service. Thank you for the delicious food and for caring😊
