Most of their sandwiches are cold, and loaded with cheese. Since I am dairy sensitive due to allergies, I was pleased to see that they had one side of their menu for sandwiches without cheese or dairy of any kind. However, why would the sandwiches that have less on them be almost double the price of the regular loaded cheese, ranch or Caesar sandwiches?
My son told me that he equates Jimmy John's as being equal to Firehouse subs, but I don't think they are quite as good.
What irritated me, was the high cost, but more so, the fact that when I went to pay, the amount wasn't even on the card machine. The first thing the girl puts up is a notice for a tip. Why would I tip you when I don't even know what you are charging me for what I ordered?
When I said to the girl taking the order, "What is the amount? " She hesitated, because she wanted me to tip her first. I had to ask a second time with a little more demand in my voice, "WHAT is the amount? "She sighs this exasperated sigh, with an attitude because showing me what my balance was involved her moving off of the tip page, which it apparently does not go back to once the amount is presented. I paid nearly $30 for two 10 inch sandwiches with a regular drink.
I wasn't impressed with the sandwich. It was just a plain roast beef & turkey with mayo, lettuce and tomato. Nothing special there, and I had to ask them to heat up the meat.
But it was the tip me first, with the attitude that caused me to post this review and give this rating.
The service reviews do not lie,
Their attitude towards their customers is trash. Theres no other word for it. I work in the area and visit the hiatus location often, the pickles have been soggy and expired a few times I had purchased them as a side item.
The following time I had asked them to cut into it before I buy and manager of the day said I can’t do all that !!!? I was puzzled because it’s just a request to cut a pickle because if you eat pickles you know an old pickle is not crunchy and has absorbed liquid marks of soggy old through out. She proceeded to respond our pickles are not old they are from Cisco and I said mam Cisco pickles don’t last forever but not to worry I will just not have one.
I paid 38.00 the two sandwiches. I only 1 oz of meat each. the salad was only filled to the bottom only a quarter full. I called the store and they were uncooperative I called corporate complete waste of time I've been a customer of this franchise for a long time I will never order from them again. BBB complacent sent.
update.
to save face online they responded here the store has my ticket number corporate office has my ticket number they responded here but they still have not done anything I will never order from Jimmy John's again I advise others to be cautious when ordering from Jimmy John's!!!
Kmat, Nylah, and Sebastian, helped me out with giving me 5 delicious subs, I loved the amount of mayo they put, making a sandwich melt in my mouth.

Stopped by the Jimmy John's drive-thru and ordered a basic #4 Turkey sub with a side of potato salad. The potato salad was flavorful. The turkey sub was solid, nothing fancy but it was a simple order so that was expected. The bread was fresh and overall it hit the spot. The girl who took my order was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude, which made the experience even better. Service was fast!
