The woman at the counter had a very rude and unpleasant attitude from the moment we interacted. I asked for extra Nutella and barely received any it was carelessly slapped on and made the bowl look unappetizing. The flavor wasn’t good either. When I asked a couple of simple questions about promotions, she responded with visible annoyance and looked at me with complete disgust. This was my first and definitely my last visit. A business like Tropical Cafe seriously needs friendly, welcoming staff if they want to keep customers.
