  Jess was very rude and slammed our food when handing it to us. I mentioned the thing to pay wasn’t working and she started being extremely rude about it. I also asked her to repeat my order and she was talking in a very rude tone.

  The building itself was very clean (and still being cleaned), and as I entered Jessica greeted me and took my order. She was the associate cleaning but took my order very kindly and provided really sweet service. Her product knowledge and relevant recommendations show a good sense of what's up. Many thanks to her and this lovely location for my Tropical Dragon Passion (with added orange juice & strawberries).

  Orders always ready in timely manner. Friendly staff. And smoothies are always consistently good and the same flavor unlike other locations. Love coming here.

  I went to Tropical Smoothie pines the other day for lunch, my smoothie was amazing. Miguel made my order very fast before I even sat down he had already had my smoothie made and ready for me. I would recommend this place if anyone wants a smoothie.
