Talkin' Tacos™ started as a food truck in the Miami community, aiming to provide the best Mexican food in South Florida.
But as we grew a larger and larger following, the lines around our food truck became too hard to keep up with.
We knew we needed to expand into a restaurant space to be able to serve our awesome customers more of our famous tacos and Mexican food every day.
Many customers praised the attentive and friendly service, particularly highlighting staff members like Jad, Karen, and Abdul.
Food Quality
The food received mixed reviews; while many enjoyed the tacos and other dishes, some found certain items like the birria and mac and cheese to be disappointing.
Atmosphere
The restaurant's atmosphere was generally described as fun and clean, contributing positively to the dining experience.
Order Management
Several reviews mentioned issues with order timing and the kiosk ordering system, indicating a need for improvement in efficiency.

The food at Talkin’ Tacos is delicious with great flavors, and the ambience is nice and chill—perfect for a relaxed vibe.
That said, the portions feel way too small for the price. The $3.99 to-go fries were basically a tiny handful—disappointingly minimal compared to what most fast-casual spots offer around that price in 2026.
The taste and atmosphere are spot-on, but bigger portions on sides like fries would make the value feel much better. I’d come back more often! Thanks for the great food otherwise.

This was my first time and Damien was AMAZING!!! He helped us from beginning to end. And made sure we liked what we ordered . My sister needed to avoid certain foods and he made sure to accommodate her. We were visiting from Orlando and it was definitely worth it.
Thanks Talking Tacos 🌮

My family and I decided to try this place for lunch while driving around the plaza. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. The birria was dry, the dipping sauce had a weird flavor, and the Mac and cheese (with birria) was mushy, in a soup, and tasted terrible. I would recommend taking the Mac and cheese off the menu altogether. Even the guacamole wasn’t good. It was a waste of money and we won’t be going back.

Ordered delivery for a group of people with all different entrees, sides, and drinks. Everything was packed very well, fresh, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The lemonades were delicious but the Horchata was epic, truly the best ever. 👏🏼

I will start by saying everything was amazing especially on Christmas Eve. I needed good food and got it, but I want to give a huge shoutout to ABDUL for going above and beyond and taking care of everything. A true example of costumer service, he exceeded expectations. Also big shoutout to the kitchen staff tonight working hard on this special day. 6/5 stars!!!!
