The food sux because the people making, serving clearly don't want to be there, are not trained or give a crap about customer service - I ordered a beef burrito supreme, got a bean burrito and when I opened it to ask where was the beef in all the beans, the so-called Mgr pointed to a few spots of what might have been specs of hamburger as opposed to just trashing it and making the All beef burrito that I ordered And Paid nearly $6 for AND I asked for water and they charged me for a large drink - I had to argue and threaten to complain to the owner/company to get a refund And she was VERY dismissive, disrespectful, argumentative and RUDE No wonder the people who make and serve the food there do NOT care because the Mgr herself does Not - I suggest the owner hire a new manager who might try to train the people there to care about the folks they make and sell the food to
