    ⭐ 1-Star Review Dear Taco Bell Management, I wanted to share my disappointing experience on October 14, 2025, around 1AM. The drive-thru employee, Monica H., was extremely rude and short with me. I even gave her a compliment, and she looked at me like I was bothering her. My drink was leaking, so I honked twice for napkins, but no one came back to help. I drove quite a distance since not many Taco Bells are open late, so being treated this way was frustrating. I understand it’s a late shift, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I work hard and treat others kindly no matter what’s going on in my life — I’d never treat a customer the way I was treated tonight. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to be there and was looking at me with attitude, almost as if she wanted to start a confrontation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customer service still matters, especially for loyal customers who go out of their way to visit your stores late at night. – Concerned Customer
