  This tacobell needs to review the people who works nights. The people are very very rude. you will come to the window, be greeted by the automated voice, followed by someone who is so pissed that you are there. Its so noticeable that you can tell through the speaker. They also lie and say the grills are down. You have to mobile order to get food. They dont care how long it takes they will make you wait on line forever trapped in a string of cars. They will make you pull backwards once at the window to reset their order timer. Management needs to be aware of who is running their restaurant. There is one Hispanic woman who was nice to me at the window. The only one. She actually cared about my order while her co workers scoffed in anger at my order when she showed them they haven't made it yet. Props to her. I feel bad for her.

  Inside sucks and no one gets their orders within 20 minutes even if ordered online. Drive thru is the only option, except all the people they hire would rather be on their phones, talk, and mess around while the line is backed up around the block. Clearly no management, have yet to see a manager and have been going here for about a year. Food is stale half the time. I’m currently sitting in a drive thru that hasn’t moved a single car for the last half hour and the only reason I’ve moved up is because 3 cars decided it’s better to leave than sit in this never ending line. Disappointing, save your time and money. Forgot to even mention how every time I report something wrong with my order I never get any help or even a message back. Trash.

  It shows that there's lack of supervision here The kids are basically listening to rap songs laughing slowest I have ever been serviced in any of the Taco bells it's extremely dirty as you can see this one young lady was the only one cleaning while everybody else was throwing stuff all over the floor definitely in need of better supervision. Wow horrible

  Didn't even get to order the cashier at the drive through ignored me. 2 cars behind me pulled away. So when I pulled up to the window, she gave me her back and walked away. Most horrible service I've ever had at a Taco Bell.
