  I hate to be that Karen type person but this place really does drop the ball more often than not. In the 5 times I've ordered from here they have yet to get it right. Normally it is fine to forget napkins or sauces or hey I even put up with nachos / small taco missing. The last time I went not only did they change the quesadilla to whatever that goofy folding thing is but they forgot the main item in the order. Was picked up by my friend otw over because they drive past there, so can't fault her as they seemed "Flustered but eventually got the order out" with the wrong drink. Again wrong drink is not a huge deal. So drove back and went inside to the abysmal not even the lie of "We'll be with you". I mean it was 3 cars in drive-thru, 1 eating in the dining area, and 1 at the counter who had already ordered. This is not busy enough to not even look over. The ancient ladies working the food looked like they were in the weeds and at least they did not put the sauce bottle dropped on the floor back on the line. So I went through the drive in after 5 minutes because the only thing this place has going for it is the nice drive thru young lady. Just make her the manager because clearly she is the only one that gives a damn.

  The food was fine, however they didnt give me cheese with my nachos fries. The drive through line took like 20 minutes with only 3-4 cars in front of me. The people were nice to me but the service was not as refreshing.

  The drive thru was quick and the server pleasant but I did mention having an allergy at the speaker and still ended up with a piece of tomato in my gordita (a dish without tomato in the first place so I am unsure why/how that happened). Luckily it is mild enough that I can deal with a little cross contamination and was able to just eat around that bite. The egregious issue was the hair in my crunchwrap (photo included). It was a long black hair threaded through one whole side of it. I am disgusted and, after seeing some of the other reviews mentioning a lack of cleanliness, I will not be back to this restaurant.

  This place is hit or miss every time. Please never order through Uber or DoorDash, cause your order will 9 out of 10 times will either be wrong, cold, or smashed. Be prepared to wait a long time no matter if there's a line or not

  Asked for a chicken chalupa, they put a beef chalupa on the order, removed the beef, and added chicken. This makes it more expensive than just putting in a normal chicken chalupa on the order. I called it out, she said it was fine and it'll be a chicken one. It wasn't. It was literally the beef with beef removed, and chicken added and charged me extra anyway. I dont care much for the extra cost, just train your people better.
