  Absolutely unacceptable and humiliating experience. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I attempted to order a simple sandwich and was refused service for calmly explaining how I wanted it prepared. The employee was rude, impatient, and openly hostile from the start. With only mayo on the sandwich, he threw it away, told me to “go somewhere else,” and physically removed me from the establishment. This employee made it very clear he had no interest in doing the job he is paid to do. Not only was I disrespected, but my lunch break was completely wasted after being led to believe I would be served. The disrespect shown was unacceptable, and this kind of behavior should not be tolerated or ignored by corporate/higher ups. I would strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and reflects extremely poorly on management. Businesses like this survive on customers, yet this establishment seems comfortable allowing employees to mistreat and dismiss them. Until serious disciplinary action and retraining occur, I would strongly warn others to avoid this place entirely. This is the worker who needs to be disciplined

  The server when you order your food has a nasty attitude. Genuinely she will scream and yell at you if you don’t understand something because of her accent but how am I supposed to? Don’t even bother going to this place it’s a 1/7

  I am writing to give my opinion regarding the woman who works at that place. She is extremely unpleasant, she mistreats customers, and she is very, very bad at customer service. Please consider whether you should keep her as an employee at that location, or at least not have her working in a customer-facing role.

  Horrible. Chinese lady was extremely unprofessional. After choosing the bread she took me to the register to pay before putting together the sandwich!! Lmao. Then, I stopped her to tell her that I actually wanted another sandwich made and ask why she was rushing me. Omg! The second sandwich was a bacon chicken sandwich #20 on the menu. She kept asking me what to put on the sandwich after I consistently kept telling her to make it the way it's on the menu. Isn't that the job to know how to make the sandwiches?! Lol. She said she wear glasses a d can't see the menu just tell her...lol..oh my!! Then she pushed the sandwhich after I paid like if she was rushing me out....that's my second time coming there. The first time she had the worst short temper attitude. I was told to not eat food from bad energy people...so I dont think I'll go back and warn anyone else who dont like bad service either. Very bitter and short tempered.
