- DOdiego ortiz1 day ago2.0Yesterday I went to qdoba Pembroke Pines west. The cilantro was rotten, there wasn’t enough ingredients for bowl or burrito. I decided to do this review because this is the third time that it happened. I asked why there are not enough ingredients and they said they are busy and don’t have time to get the ingredients ready. This time people wasn’t nice. The only ingredients for my bowl were rice, chicken and cheese.

He has great demeanor, great banter, and is attentive to all customers at multiple points in their journey (pick up, waiting to be tended to, etc). He wasn’t even my food preparer—he was the lady in front of me’s preparer—and I was impressed by his attentiveness to everyone and his great attitude. This was my second time at this location. The first time there was a girl was less than friendly (months ago). So it was nice to see Josh working the room and making sure there’s a good experience through it all.

When I saw the little QR review thing I said you know what, sure, because after being here so many times I think its fair. My burrito has always been well packed and has always tasted perfect. There was a new girl when I went this last time and even then she did just fine. She was very kind to me and warned me of her early wrapping skills, and then proceeded to wrap the burrito more in tact than half of my chipotle visits. As far as fast Mexican food goes, I always think of this place.
