  I had a disgusting experience at your restaurant and felt helpless and the employees there acted as if it's no big deal and it happens all the time. Upon getting there at 8:42pm, Sunday night. I paid and when i looked to examine the pizza I found a long black hair belonging to the short girl who made my pizza. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier - her response was "do you want another pizza " - I, angered by her response asked to speak to the manager and when he came by he said do you want another pizza or your money back - His name was Dylan(unless he lied) - the then told me that it would time 15 minutes. No one there was wearing gloves or hair nets and the girl who made my pizza - I witnessed her looking at her phone. - So much for cleanliness. I waited at the need to feed my family. I asked for some sought of compensation for me having to wait and was told by Dylan he could make me another pizza or my money back - he was sarcastic about it - to the point that i wanted to teach him some manners - even at end when he kept say "have a good night, have a good night. Please check your pizzas or anything else by them - to make sure there are no hairs roaches or rat droppings

  Save your money and buy somewhere else. They have got order wrong multiple times. I ordered an extra large this last time and received a medium. I also ordered the papa bites and when I opened it, it looked like the box had been shaken vigorously. When you try to call and talk to them about it they leave you on hold until you just want to give up. When I called this time I was on hold for over 12 minutes just running through the loop message over and over again. Spend the extra $10 and order local.

  Will is the rudest manager. I’ve been ordering from Papa John’s for over 6 years Every Sunday night for youth group. & he dared to threaten me to take our group discount away because I asked how much 3 regular pizzas were. Mind you, every week food goes to waste because I’m forced to order 5 pizzas from them in order to get the discount, so that’s why I’m asking… so that food does not go to waste. Instead He assumes my motives (trying to say I’m being cheap) when I’m simply trying for food not to go to waste. I cancelled my order and I’m never ordering from here again. Ordering from luv n oven. Took 2 min, same price and great service! Will, learn how to treat people that give you consistent business. Papa John’s just lost a long time customer.
