I didn't even have yelp installed before this but I had to get it just because of the hospitality of this business. Josiah had noticed that my mother's sandwich could have been made a little better and without a second thought came out and brought a new one for her without us even having to ask for it. This was very caring and shows exactly what it takes to manage a business. Lead by example, even when he's busy trying to get orders out quickly, he's looking out for his customers. I completely understand how sometimes an order can come out wrong or not up to par since I'm also in food service, and take my job very seriously. And I can tell you from my experience what Josiah displayed there only few employees ever do! Thanks again boss man I hope your bosses appreciate your hard work.

They’re allergic to taking orders without a grumpy face or following basic instructions. It’s almost like if you hate your job, then maybe you should do everyone else a favor and quit. Believe me, if it were not out of convenience that this location happens to be the closest in my area, I would not step foot in here at all.

He should be fired due to his lack of understanding towards the Panera customers and his lack of thoughts towards his coworkers.
