We had a wonderful experience! There was a small mix-up with our wait time, but the way the team handled it truly impressed us. They were completely apologetic, professional, and quick to make things right.
The manager personally came out to speak with us, which really showed how much they care about their guests’ experience. That level of attention and accountability goes a long way.
Great customer service like this makes all the difference. We truly appreciated how they handled the situation, and we will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Went into Outback tonight. I have to say I have had some bad experiences in restaurants but tonight was horrible from the minute I sat down .
Took 10 minutes to even have anyone come to my table . Then a nice girl came to table and said she was in training . Well by the end of my meal I can see she was training with the wrong person!!
I have to say the kid in the front sitting people was amazing, even seen it was my birthday and said happy birthday! That was great .
Food was okay . My wings were overcooked and dry , Ribs were okay . French soup shouldnt even came to the table looking that bad .
Whoever is in kitchen cooking needs to rethink his career ! There was a woman supervisor I think that was very nice .
Back to my service people . I asked for to go boxes and they never came back but they went into bathroom together for a bit of time ! I left
My food! Wasn’t even worth taking it anyways .
I don’t think I would
Ever go back . Felt bad cause kid at front desk said are you leaving ? And then said we wanted to sing happy birthday! That was the best part of going to the outback tonight!!
Thank you kid !!! Wish I got your name
Sorry to owner or manager but you need to train your cooks for sure and servers

Took my mom to thus location because she wanted the blooming onion. The food was good, our steaks were done to the requested doneness. Our server was very polite and pleasent. The only gripe from my mom was my steak looked bigger than hers 🤣🤣.
I still haven't heard the end of it 😭😭

The table where they gave us as ready, was not even wiped from the other consumers before, but had a glass and silverware.
We told the waitress, she never sent no one or wiped it her self,I took wipes from my babies and wiped down,it was all brown and full wet in center.
Waitress overcharged us for 3 items as well,we called her out,she was like nothing ok,I will take it out,No apologies or what so ever, all the steaks where Bleeding inside but burned outside, big time carniage...
Service was real bad, manager walking around with a baseball cap backwards, don't stop in no table to ask how is everything!!!

Service was phenomenal. Karelli made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and then some. Her amazing spirit and kind and warm vibe was much needed after a long day. She made this an entire experience for us. Make sure you get her table. She made the entire evening
