    Stopped by the Jimmy John's drive-thru and ordered a basic #4 Turkey sub with a side of potato salad. The potato salad was flavorful. The turkey sub was solid, nothing fancy but it was a simple order so that was expected. The bread was fresh and overall it hit the spot. The girl who took my order was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude, which made the experience even better. Service was fast!

    Trash service. People who worked there were so dry and stale like my sandwich. I ordered a beach club and the avocado was black. The only thing that was good was the salt and vinegar chips I got with my meal. 1/10, needs better service and better ingredients. Subway has better slop than this, I would rather eat from Jared Fogle before I go here again. And that says a lot.

    I placed an order over the phone and I repeated it multiple times to make sure everything was right. The man confirmed and said the food would arrive soon. When it did, two bags of chips were missing. I called right away, after tipping the driver, to let them know. I was told, “Oh well” I explained it’s not about the money, I wanted my full order. Instead, they told me if I wanted the chips, I had to pick them up myself, which defeats the whole point of delivery. When I asked for something extra for the hassle, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and refused. Not a single apology, just attitude. So, I got in my car and drove all the way to get the chips myself. They didn’t even refund me, just left a credit for future use & the lady still didn’t apologize as a matter of fact gave me more attitude.
