When I politely went back to mention something was missing, he seemed way too eager to argue. I’m not sure if someone spit in his cereal this morning or if he’s just mad about having to work, but either way, he clearly needs to be retrained on basic customer service. I wasn’t about to go back and forth with someone at 7 a.m.
