One of the employees — African American male with tattoos on his neck who looked like he absolutely hated life — took my order. When I politely went back to mention something was missing, he seemed way too eager to argue. I’m not sure if someone spit in his cereal this morning or if he’s just mad about having to work, but either way, he clearly needs to be retrained on basic customer service. I wasn’t about to go back and forth with someone at 7 a.m.

She was looking forward to a specific flavor which to her disappointment was not available behind the case. It was okay, we ordered something else but….the staff noticed the birthday accessories and presented her with a small gift bag. To her delight it contained the flavor she was looking for!! And then, the entire store’s staff burst out singing Happy Bday. It was really so kind, so thoughtful. This made the start of her special day so much more special. Thank you! It is so nice, in this busy and often impersonal world, to interact with people in this way.
