Inventory: They are consistently sold out of donuts every night. The few leftovers are incredibly stale. Service: Staff is discourteous and makes you feel like a burden for ordering. Professionalism: Tonight, the employee refused to make eye contact or greet us because she was deep in a loud, inappropriate conversation with a friend. There was also a child behind the counter. It is disappointing to see such a lack of care. This Dunkin' needs better hiring practices and much better inventory management to provide a basic, acceptable level of service.
