Finishes your words and makes you feel like you’re wasting her time. Got an attitude because I didn’t know a certain special only lasts for 3 months. I don’t work there lady. I’m going to just start doing my orders through the app for pick up so I don’t have to deal with her. She does it with everyone. Needs to be addressed. Very poor customer service

Yeah she can be a little on the rough edges but i really couldn’t care less about that as long as the restaurant is clean, the food is made fast, and the service is great. Which it is. I’ve been going there literally almost every day for the last 2-3 years. My job is right across the street. My home Dunkin!!! The best team ever.

The staff doesn’t listen and doesn’t take orders properly. Corporate needs to come in and clean up this location ASAP.
- DNdebbie nyeDec 14, 20251.0I ordered an extra shot of espresso in my coffee and did not get it, it tasted like milk, the extra shots should go in before the milk so there's room for it, they fill the cup with the milk leaving no room for extra. Also I ordered 3 glazed donuts and 3 chocolate frosted in which they had both but she gave 3 white frosted and 3 chocolate frosted. I'm very disappointed, she did not understand English at all to get my order correct.
