- BHBianca Howard5 days ago1.0TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! He’s unprofessional, rude and ignorant. I had such a terrible exchange with him when his restaurant made a mistake to begin with. I was sent the wrong pizza and called to report this. The store employee offered to put a pizza under my account to rectify the situation and instructed me to call back in order to use the credit. When I called back a week later, the manager answered sounding irritated before I began speaking. He informed me that there was no pizza on my account. When expressing my frustration with this restaurant, there’s ALWAYS AN ISSUE, he began raising his voice and make baiting comments. Completely unprofessional and out of line. He then discovered a note for the pizza was placed on my account, but removed. To make matters worse, after agreeing to send me the pizza that was owed, I attempted to add to the order and I believe he either pretended to take my card number or there was an issue with his system. I requested he read the cc number back to me so that I could ensure he was entering it correctly and even that was a fight! I ended up having to place the rest of my order online. When calling back, 5 min later, to make sure it was received and both orders would be delivered at the same time, my call wasn’t answered! They have caller ID. I’m sure I was being screened because when I called from another phone with the caller ID blocked, the store answered. But the call that displayed the number associated with my account, continued to remain unanswered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! There are plenty of other dominos and pizza places available where you don’t have to deal with this!
