No white, no brown. When I asked about it, one of the staff members told me (with a noticeably rude attitude) that it would be a 30-minute wait. I asked, “How am I supposed to make a bowl without rice?” and was basically told, “Well, you can wait.” No apology, no alternative offered — just attitude. How does a Chipotle run out of rice during peak hours? That’s literally the foundation of most of the meals on the menu. Poor planning, poor customer service, and a disappointing experience overall.
