I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The manager (or whoever the woman in charge was) was extremely unprofessional. Their credit card machine went down and she asked customers to pay in cash. I told her I had cash, I just needed to know the total so I could pay. Instead of helping, she rolled her eyes at us and completely ignored us. She then started putting other customers in front of us even though we had already been waiting. We ended up standing there for almost 30 minutes while being ignored, with a long line of people behind us also waiting and confused about what was going on. Instead of trying to organize the line or help customers, the staff were laughing, dancing around, and acting like none of the customers mattered. To make it worse, the restaurant itself was dirty and they were out of basic ingredients like tomatoes and cheese, which is pretty ridiculous for a place that serves bowls and burritos. No communication, no apology, and no attempt to fix the situation. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. If this is how this location is managed, it really needs new management. I definitely will not be coming back.

I've been to a few of the chipotles around the area but this one stuck out to me the past few times I've come in the service has been very friendly and quick like tonight Sebastian took great care of my sister and I will be coming back again!

The food was very good, but the portions were miserable. They gave me hardly any rice, and when they served the protein, they used the container for the vinegar and gave me less than half of it for my carnitas!!!

Terrible location. They consistently get things wrong, don’t have orders ready, slow, poor customer service. Today they don’t have any meat whatsoever. Such a joke. They need new management and employees badly.

This Chipotle is consistently bad but my visit Friday was the worst. The line was out the door and moving as slow as possible. They ran out of white rice, chicken and pork at 730pm and you had to wait for them to make more. How are you not prepared at this high peak time of the night. There was no ice, no napkins and the garbage was overflowing. The rice was inedible because of the amount of salt they had put it. Will never be back to this location!
