While we waited one employee picked from the toppings area and kept sharing the sliced cheese with the two other staff members while they stood around talking. Disgusting, unprofessional and just rude.

Typically, tipping is something I always do out of my own volition and tip well. However, sneaking in an extra charge without my consent is downright theft. Pros: I've always loved this place when I had a craving for something hearty. it's located inside the mall so very convenient to get the food on the go. Advice to customers: check your receipt BEFORE you get your order so you won't get up charged for slow service.

I tried their Philly cheesesteak and was blown away: juicy meat, fresh and soft bread, and the perfect amount of melted cheese. Everything was hot and freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly and quick with the service, even during peak hours. I also really liked how clean the place was and its casual yet welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommended!
