Unfortunately, it just wasn’t there. My tallarín verde was almost completely lacking flavor. The pasta was bland, and the steak didn’t bring much to the plate either. On top of that the cancha didn’t even have salt. Like come on, man… that’s Peruvian 101. To make things worse, we had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive, and the place wasn’t even packed.
