We went to Brio of Pembroke Pines. Our server Roxana was amazing. She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient. We went on a cool night which made sitting outside especially nice. The music from the bar text door was not too loud which was nice too.

Do Not Waste your money!! Want to know why your tables are empty on a Saturday night!!! The place is empty! We came here from Ft Myers for the Miami Bills game and decided to eat here at Brio. We sat outside at the bar where we were ignored. The big guy at the bar is useless! We sat down at the first place which was kind of dirty. He attempted to clean for us but left the dirty placemats with food all over them. So we moved to a clean place across the bar. Waited a bit to order drinks. I asked for bread it came out right before the meal. In the meantime when orders came up he would go to everyone’s ticket in the cup to see what everyone ordered because he did not know who ordered what. There are 4 couples at the bar and 3 tables on the patio. My friend finished his beer before the meal came. He NEVER offered a 2nd drink!! Onto the food the bread is terrible doesn’t come with any oil and spices like you see at OTHER BRIO’s/Bravo’s I got the pasta Brio and the noodles were not cooked all the way and the chicken was DRY. My friend got the Medallion’s and he ordered them medium they came out dry. The mashed potatoes were like out of a box! Like the Bob Evans mashed potatoes you buy in the grocery store. After our meal he still haven’t asked how our meal is and my friends glass is still EMPTY! I can’t believe this place is still open! I was here 2 years ago and it was bad but not this bad! Ugh! Waste of money!!

This was our first time at Brio. Loraine was our waitress. She is amazing, we had such a great experience at Brio. The food was just as great. I had the ravioli and my husband had the sausage rigatoni. It was all so delicious. But I can't say enough about Loraine, she made this experience so memorable! Thank you Loraine.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brio! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was delicious — everything came out perfectly cooked and full of flavor. What really made the night exceptional was our server, Lorraine. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. She anticipated our needs without ever hovering and had great recommendations that we loved. It’s rare to find such genuine service these days, and Lorraine truly elevated our dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back — and asking for her again!

I have to write about the experience right away. It was overalll a pleasant evening. We had a nice chat with our friends, had something to drink and food
Until… it was time for the check. I noticed right away that we paid the full price for the side salad 10.99 even though it should come with the main dish that we also ordered and be 7.99 - I know it’s 3$ and not a big deal. The big deal is the reaction of the service employee who has been nice until that very moment. I went to him and asked why the salad was full price even though when ordering the lasagne I pointed on the menu where it says that a side salad is included for 7.99 (that we also would like to take a salad with the entree) … his reaction was just - oh you have to tell me explicitly if you want the salad to the dish and not as a separate order .
Regardless the fact that it was like I actually did it - what the hell… if you offer a side salad for 7.99 with the order of a main dish - so always provide the salad when ordered with main dish as part of the mentioned promotion .. why the hell would someone HAVE to tell you that the side salad is not fully separate???
Second thing: I did not complain about this because I thought it might have been my fault but after the salad topic I am pretty sure it was not me.
I have asked whether they offer coffee. When being told about filter coffee I have been more precise with what I wanted. I asked whether they have espresso based coffees like latte macchiato.
He told me that they don’t have latte macchiato it whether I wanted espresso with steamed milk … we don’t argue now about which coffee is called what .. but then I said whatever , I would take a espresso based coffee with hot steamed milk. I have never said I want a tippy tiny espresso with a sip of milk.
Again - I had asked for a latte macchiato … what do you think I want ? Something like that … latte, cappuccino whatever.. but not 1oz espresso with milkshot… and this is what I got.
I still left 20% tip which was fully undeserved as the service was seriously below average in our case.
