  Service was exceptional, especially our server Donovan. Portions were a bit small for the price but the flavors were phenomenal.

  Well for a family/ party of 8 I was just turned away . The hostess stated that they are not accepting any more “large” families for the night . And this is at 6:48pm. Attached you can see a picture of the current state of their dinning room- where plenty of tables where available. We even suggested in being split into 2 tables 1- for kids and 1- for adults and still turned away. This is unacceptable and has never happen. I guess if you have a large family do not bothering coming to this restaurant as you will get turned away Extremely poor service .. and not accommodating at all. We took our business elsewhere .

  We had a disappointing experience at Brio. Our server seemed distant and had a negative attitude throughout the meal. We ordered a flatbread pizza, but it lacked flavor. We also requested two additional entrées that never arrived. Although the waitress repeatedly asked if we needed anything, she did not follow through on bringing what we requested. That said, we shared our concerns with the manager, K. Hernandez, who listened attentively and respectfully. He handled the situation professionally and even took care of the bill, which we appreciated. However, despite his efforts to resolve the issue, I do not plan on returning.

  Bri our waitress was wonderful, personable plus professional. Very attentive, young lady. It was a pleasure having her to serve us as well. We spoke with her manager to let him know how wonderful she is and I thank the establishment for a hiring someone like that. The young lady that helped us in would be to hostess. She’s also wonderful. We have come here numerous times and her attitude is always the same very pleasant very pleasingly very accommodating thank you Brio for being number one in our family.   Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow—we waited a long time just to get our drinks, then even longer for someone to take our order. Throughout the meal, no one really checked on us to see if we needed refills or anything else. More importantly, the quality of the food has noticeably declined. For how expensive Brio Brio is, the food is simply not worth the price anymore. To make matters worse, the restrooms were dirty and did not even have toilet paper. That level of cleanliness does not correspond at all with the type or level of restaurant Brio Brio positions itself as. Overall, the experience did not match the cost or expectations.
