  This Chipotle opened not too long ago. It should be poppin' the way it was when it first opened. They have DROPPED THE BALL, BIG TIME!! The "employees" are getting paid for what?? Because there's never any food ready, the place looks a hot mess, especially the kitchen. The employees that aren't taking their JOB seriously, should be FIRED!! HIRE SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY NEEDS A JOB! I'm definitely reporting this store to Corporate. I hope the store manager sees this review 👀 😡

  I don’t see the point in being open till late when they run out of half of the stuff by 8pm. This place is just high school aftercare there is 6 workers and only one of them is doing actual work the rest of the gang is just chilling flirting with each other while there is no rice no chicken or half of the cold toppings. The soda station is sticky and has none of the lemonades working and good luck getting utensils or straws, you have to walk back to the front and ask for it. The real kicker is that they’re so poorly trained that they ran out of rice for a take out order and I watched them just mix it with half brown rice and they were laughing saying the customer wouldn’t know the difference. I’m willing to ignore the high school activities if the food tasted an ounce of what it’s supposed to taste like. Forget the manager the district manager needs to sort this out.

  Possible the worst and slowest service ever. The people are nice however, the management is doing a poor job when it comes to the cleanliness of the place. Every time I have visited this location, the line is not that long however, it takes about 45 minutes to get to order. I had 8 people in front of me and it took us about 30 minutes. Let that sink in and the grown man on the pick up station, very dry and non urgent attitude. I must say that the food and it’s not bad but the experience on order is a negative 5 star.

  I was disappointed with my visit to this Chipotle. Many ingredients were out of stock, which made ordering frustrating. The restaurant, including the bathrooms, was not clean, and the food prep area didn’t look well maintained. The staff member preparing our food also didn’t seem attentive, which added to the negative experience. I hope this location improves its cleanliness and service.

  I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I arrived at the drive-thru at 11:30 PM to pick up my order, which was supposed to be ready. There was an older gentleman on his phone who wasn’t paying attention, leaving me waiting for about 5 minutes before I had to knock on the window just to get assistance. When he finally acknowledged me, I was told my order hadn’t even been made yet. He started preparing it while I waited in the drive-thru, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, the food was not prepared correctly and was cold. This was a very frustrating experience. Please address this with your staff to ensure better service in the future. Thank you.💀
