  Went there one night and waited 30 minutes before an employee came to tell us we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes to be served food.

  Terrible experience with my recent takeout order from Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered 20 wings with four sauce options, but only got three—and some wings were completely plain with no sauce at all. No call, no warning. For a place that specializes in wings, that’s a pretty basic mistake. It didn’t stop there. I paid extra to add chili to my fries, and what I got was laughable. There was barely any chili on them. If you’re going to charge extra, at least provide a reasonable portion. Total waste of money. On top of that, the overall quality of the food was awful. The wings were overcooked, burned, hard, and chewy. Easily the worst wings I’ve ever had—and that says a lot considering I’ve had better wings from a gas station. For a restaurant that has “wings” in its name, that’s pretty embarrassing. This feels like a management and kitchen issue. The staff was okay, but the food quality and attention to detail were terrible. I spent a decent amount of money on this meal, and it ended up being a complete waste. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

  "Terrible experience. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, and the service only went downhill from there. We were completely ignored at our table and eventually had to get up to order and pay for ourselves. The staff was rude, the wings were served cold, and we were never even given a receipt. We’ve never felt so disrespected as customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away."

  La peor atención que recibí!!! Las meseras tienen un trato muy malo con los clientes! Se olvidó darme mi gaseosa y cuando ella lo recordó ya estaba con el plato casi terminado! Me dijo que igual me lo cobrarían! 🥲. Me sentí un poco discriminada ya que se ponía hablar en inglés con su compañera y se reía! 🫠 mientras trataba de decirle que no me cobrara la gaseosa ya que nunca la recibí!!! En fin. No volveré nunca más!

  There were not enough workers, which made it hard to get a refill. I felt trapped while waiting to pay and leave. When I went to another worker to pay, he turned away from me, told me to pay my server and kept walking. When I did pay my server, she seemed annoyed, didn't offer me a copy of my receipt or indicate I was done before turning abruptly and leaving me standing at the register. We will not come back
