As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Not only did the drive-thru manager listen to my request to have with my chicken wings but he made sure they were what I ordered. Also very attentive and quick the food was great nice and hot. - JJJasMar 19, 20261.0I went to Checkers around 2:30 AM, well before their 3:00 AM closing time, to order two MVP $5 meals. As I started ordering, the employee responded with, “alright now you mutting it, we about to close,” while smacking her teeth. Before I could even finish placing my second MVP meal, she cut me off and told me to “drive up, bruh,” again with an attitude. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. If the store is still open, customers should be able to place their orders without being rushed or disrespected. This experience was frustrating and definitely not what I expected.
