  Bad customer service, no sense of urgency , made me wait and the man bathroom disgusting, not clean for days. Employee had attitude!!!

  What a horrible experience with sandwic maker who clearly hates her job or people in general. She should not work in customer service nor taking customers orders as she clearly hates both. Attention management!! Put her in a different place away from customers because she's making customers feel unwelcome and doesn't make us want to come back to spend the $40 that we could have spent elsewhere. Here's a picture of today's horrible experience.

  This is one of the worst subways in the area. I’ve ordered many times using their app, I’ll go 10 minutes after the selected pickup time and I’m lucky if they even started making it. Subs are always a mess, cookies are rarely soft.

  This store is in a state of disparity! I order here often and it’s common that the sandwich is a little wrong- no mayonnaise, not toasted etc. Today at work I was unable to leave to get lunch and ordered via UBER- the sandwich was very wrong and I was missing my drink as well as chips. I called the store, and the TWO girls I spoke to, BOTH argued with me- told me the cookies were there too- (I never ordered any cookies and they were NOT in the bag). One asked me “What COLOR was your Uber driver?????” I will NOT be patronizing this particular store again!

  Ordered 2 festive turkey subs, and tipped. Tasted terrible, bread was old, hardly any toppings, maybe 2 pieces of turkey, some wads of onion, some sauce. $25 plus for 2 very skimpy subs. By the way, Publix is right next door.
