    I have never had to wait longer at any Sonic that I have ever been to than this one. I have been charged the incorrect price before for meals that I have gotten. They have charged me for other people's food before. Almost every single time. Unless I get the most basic possible thing. There's something wrong with what I get. And I cannot stress enough how absolutely abysmal the time frame is that it takes to actually get your food and get to the window.

    I decided to treat myself this morning. I am lactose intolerant and was craving a milkshake. I ordered a large strawberry shortcake shake. It was 10 am. As it was handed to me the top popped off. Great. I hurry to get to work. As I take my first sip, after cleaning my arm and the cup it tastes weird. I take another drink and the taste is unmistakable. Rotten strawberries. Yup. $8.00 and no treat just moldy strawberries. Thanks for the outstanding food processes.

    We had a really frustrating experience at this Sonic. Our breakfast burritos were made completely wrong. The Jr. sausage burrito had no eggs or sausage—just bacon, cheese, and hashbrowns. My husband’s burrito was also incorrect. On top of that, my cherry limeade came with no cherries and no limes. We went inside to have the order remade, but there was no one at the counter. We waited about 5 minutes before anyone came out. When they finally remade everything, the order was still wrong. Overall, it was disappointing and a waste of time. Definitely hoping management can improve the accuracy and attentiveness here.
