  The only good thing to say about the places are people. Very kind and helpful. But food and atmosphere are a different story. Asked for a tip when ordering. I had to clean the table before using it, bring my own food and cleaned after myself. Sorry, not sure what the tip is for? If that is to be a part of the salary, please rename it to make sure it is not confusing. I suggest "salary addition". I fully understand tipping but it has to make sense. Food, I order the new item on the menu - Italian sandwich. The baguette could be used as a hummer. Yes it is toasted but it felt like old baguette was toasted. That is what you get when you do that. I will definitely not be returning to that place.

  One of the best Panera Bread locations I’ve ever visited! The café was extremely clean, well organized, and everything looked very well managed. The employees were professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The food was also excellent, the Chicken Wild Rice Soup and the Fuji Apple salad were both fresh and absolutely delicious. Great service, great atmosphere, and great food. We will definitely be coming back!

  Am new to the area but have been a Panera customer for many years. There was a problem with my to-go order which was incomplete. I called and talked to the manager Farzad who gave me an immediate refund for the ENTIRE order plus told me to come next morning and get the same sandwich for free. I have never had this issue before so for them to accept responsibility and make it right was great.

  I don’t know who JR is but they wrote they verified my order and it definitely was missing a lot of items ): please actually start checking the bags for delivery

  I’ve been to this Panera every day for the last week and I always bring my personal drink in. I always purchase food and have my own drink. Half the people in there have their own stanley cups or beverage they bring in. Hasn’t been a problem until today when Judith one of the employees approached me and said it was a “health code” violation to bring my own drink. I asked why I was the only one she approached and why today. She said others shouldn’t be either but didn’t say anything to anyone else. The food is mediocre and I come here to study. I feel like this was a ridiculous way to to lose a customer…. Won’t be back especially since half the time they don’t have what you order and the food is just ok.
