- MFMatt FDec 31, 20255.0As with other Five Guys I have been the place was well lit and clean. The menu is clearly displayed overhead and the staff was ready to take our order. There were plenty of staff working also. The process did not take long from ordering to receiving food and everything was great. We got the order to go rather than eat there so by the time we got home the fries were not as hot and a bit soft, but still really good. Will return.

We've been twice, and it seems like staff has been trained to skimp on the fries. First time I thought was just a fluke but 2nd time after a few weeks and it seems to be the norm. Bathrooms had no working soap twice. A bit salty. Burgers and shakes were perfect and staff is pleasant. Music is a bit too loud.

The portions felt significantly less satisfying than I last remembered when I first dined at a Five Guys in New Jersey. The amount of meat in my cheeseburger felt lacking. I do love how they put free mushrooms in the burgers which were yummy, and the fries were also hot and fresh. If you're going to come here, just be prepared to spend a lot of money, that's all.
