  Tuesday Feb 17, 2026, was supposed to be BOGO Cheeseburger or Regular Burger at FIVE GUYS. This was posted on many, many social Media platforms, on the old Interweb. Went to the store located at 8990 US 301 and they, the employee and the guy who said he was thw manager admitted that they knew about the promotion, but that were not going to honor it because.....they called Corporate and corporate did not respond with an answer, all day. This as of 4:00 pm Lies Lies, I spent 30 min. On the phone with corporate representative (Susan), who said the promotion and code were valid after checking several outlets in her office. She later added that she "thinks" that its only participating stores......BUT ....she could not confirm that statemwnt........which it does not state on any of the advertisement(s) in any of the multiple platforms in which the promotion is described and advertised. Susan had insured that I put the order online properly and that the code was valid, as it posted on the order page a d indicated 11.49 to be removed (screen shots available) but it would not complete once in final purchase / basket. Susan said to try a different store. We'll the closest is like 30 miles away.....Its a good burger, I enjoy them (although overly expensive) but its not a 60 mile round trip burger to be sure. Terrible way to start your new business in a new store in a new mall in Parrish. Oh well. Life goes on, John Belushi would not approve, No "cheesburgi" . Nor would that Soup Nazi character on Seinfield.....NO BOGO Cheeseburger for you or me. I still enjoy the food here, just dont believe the promos that they themselves confirmed as valid.

  Your regular height tables are on wheels. Great idea BUT you need to put endcaps on the table legs. I stood to leave the table and my shoe caught and stuck under the table leg by the wheel. I went flying and luckily caught a tall table on my down which broke my fall. Today needless to say I am very sore. Thanks

  2/8/26 7:15 ish Pick up order via their mobile app. Got there standing to go high top 10-15 minutes . Slow ! Noticed my order wasn’t being processed . Several employees doing nothing . When I walked in boy at cash register I said pick up order for Dennis . He turned around and yelled pick up order for Dennis . I even clicked here on app . After noticing no burgers in grill I asked why my order not processed . They look over on hot tray and it was already there when walked in . Asked who manger was and he was right in front of me whole time didn’t bother to ask . I said this is unacceptable . All he offered was to remake . I said still unacceptable . Just shrugged his shoulders . What a way to do business . They will be out of business in no time at this location !

  Idk what it is about this specific Five Guys, but they consistently put WAY too much Cajun on the fries (I order on the side now), and the fries are consistently undercooked and soggy. I asked if they can make them well done but they refuse. At this point I'm just always taking it home so I can air fry them. I don't have this problem at any other Five Guys location. The burgers are solid though here.

  I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and it was cold when I received it, and there were 2 people in line. The people behind me received their food before I did. With that many staff I wonder why it took so long. Second visit with a similar experience
