So I ordered again, but he charged me incorrectly because they didn't have the flavor I requested, and he still gave me a medium-sized cup. My order was a Large Iced Mocha Cappuccino. My cup came with pure milk and a few ice cubes. There was hardly any cappuccino.

- RRrebeccaDec 27, 20252.0When they first opened service was good .every time I go now cars leave the drive through because no one is at the window .they get all the drink and meals caught up then help customers as food just sits in the hot sun. Sometimes food isnt cooked all the way . Do better

I’m not the biggest fan of leaving reviews however after witnessing this behavior MANY times i feel as though it should. i have even tried to contact customer service but it’s too lengthy of a process. There is an older male working their that i haven seen repeatedly been disrespectful and rude to his coworkers. the times i’ve witnessed it’s always been the younger smaller females he has spoken down or just yelled at them. This is unacceptable behavior to see especially the amount of times i have seen it. It’s clear to me that this type of behavior is allowed in this company and workplace i feel terrible for the staff who has to deal with it probably far more times than i have witnessed it.
