My pizza got delivered at the wrong house which they took my pizza that I paid for . I waited over an hour just for a delivery for someone to steal it . When I asked for my money back he said it takes 3-5 business days which I get but huge inconvenience so he laughs . You should be able to tell which home your driver dropped it off at as you guys have a tracker in the cars . This is consider theft I don’t care of the amount still very alarming being the manager different even care . Not to mention I hade to call 3 times after being put on hold over and over .

The person on the phone was extremely rude and said he call another location I don’t deliver to you I can’t do anything for you. Didn’t even hear anything I said when I told him that I ordered through Uber Eats and was having them deliver it. He didn’t care and gave me attitude the entire phone call. When I asked for his name he said it was Connor but with the long pause I think it was a fake name. When I asked for a manager he said he was one. Extremely unprofessional and worst customer service.
