    Absolutely the Worst experience ever!!! They put a poor handicapped kid on the register who could barely read and couldn't make change. It was a horrible experience for the kids and the customers! It took 20 minutes to get food and my potato cakes were frozen in the middle 😐

    The Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich is being advertised on their drive thru board as $5.59, but they charge you $6.69. I went to this location twice on 1/6/2026 but didn't pay attention about the over charge the 2nd visit. When I shared this via the speaker, was told the price on the receipt is the price. It wasn't until I waited 12 minutes for them to bring the sandwich out to the vehicle and stated the issue again, tha anyone offered to refund me. At the speaker, and at the car was two different attitudes on the matter. How many people were over charged before I pointed this out. Sad thing is the sandwich is great. Which is why I went back a second time on the same day. After waiting 12 minutes for the sandwich, I wasn't going to wait for a refund. Just want the right price update in the register or on the drive thru board. I have images of the board and my receipt.

    Terrible. Slowest staff in the world. Avg wait is a half hour. This is fast food. Prices are insanely high for the amount of food you get and the terrible service you receive. Staff needs more people and better training
