  Just went through the drive thru bought a Italian roast beef 9.99 box . I tell you this, there's homeless shelters that make better food than Arby's. Food taste horrible. Fries tasted stale and cold. sandwich was cold no gardinaria peppers even the dipping sauce for the Italian sandwich was cold and tasted disgusting. Never will I spend my hard earned money with them again. So done with fast food .

  3/9/26 went through drive through and was unable to hear. Repeatedly asked individual to speak up POLITELY. The manager Jessica then yelled my order back to me very rude and disrespectful. I mentioned this to the young lady at the window who told me she was soft spoken and hard to hear so her manager confirmed my order. I found her tone rude, obnoxious and unnecessary.
