  333 Burger is the best burger you can find in the palm beach / broward county area. It’s a very Low price through Black Angus beef burger. 333 Burgers just also happens to be attached to the best restaurant in the area, Malbec Grill. The owner of this restaurant is absolutely amazing, and the staff who’s always wonderful. There’s nothing on this menu that you will not like. The bread with the chimichurri is insane. The empanadas are absolutely amazing. The tacos are super good. The steak frites really yummy. The french fries are absolutely absolutely amazing. If you make it to dessert, you’ll be blown away at the homemade in House tiramisu I did not get anything to write this review. I really do love this restaurant.

  We came to eat for the first time at 3:33 Burger and didn’t know we had to self order like at McDonald’s on a screen. But we figured we’re here and we put in the order and waited 30 minutes. This little area is attached to Malbec restaurant and the wait staff is so upset that they have to come down into this wasteland little area to give us food. They practically threw the food at us, the burger was only OK, the fries were so burnt and you feel like a third class citizen sitting here waiting. Do not come and waste ur money and time. Even a couple sitting behind us, we heard them saying they’ll never be back.

  GREAT FOOD. Uncomfortable Lack of Sevice. WE THE CUSTOMERS Have No instructions. I Was Seated in Melbec without anyone asking which restaurant I was there for [Signage Plz] & [Staff Awareness]. I must stand to Wait for my order , that's Fine, but I Got Booted from a bar table, uncomfortable. [Signage Plz]. Tables in Bar "For Melbec Patrons Only" [Sinage Plz] and 333Burgers' Tables With brief instructions [Signage Plz]. So Many New Customers, A Little Sinage Will Earn A 5 Star Experience. Fix These and you get 5 Stars on FB, Yelp, maps, and more! 😁👍

  I absolutely hate writing negative reviews; however, it is more for those who don’t want negative experiences. 1-Star Review for Burger 333 Very disappointing experience with Burger 333. Our order arrived 23 minutes late, which was already frustrating, but the bigger problem was the condition of the food and the service while we were waiting. While waiting for the food, I had to ask staff about the status of my order on five different occasions. The guy at the bar who was assisting the female bartender told me he would check on it, but he never came back. Instead, he continued doing other chores and handling other orders. When I tried to get his attention again, he blatantly ignored me. I also addressed another male staff member three different times, and each time he kept saying “your order is coming, you’re next,” while he continued bringing out orders to other patrons. I even showed him the receipt stating my order was supposed to be ready at 7:18 PM, yet it still took another 23 minutes before it finally came out. When the food finally arrived, the packaging was absolutely terrible. It looked like the foil had just been smashed around the burgers with no care at all. Everything inside was crushed and messy. Out of the five burgers we ordered, two were absolutely horrendous. The meat patty on those was the size of a small meatball, which was extremely inconsistent compared to the others. It honestly felt like there was no quality control at all. Because of this experience, I will never order from this place again, and I will also be leaving a negative review on Google so others are aware. Even though we are regular customers at Malbec Steakhouse and order food often, this experience with Burger 333 was completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place. By the way, french fries were cold to attach!!!!

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience was very disappointing. The place looked messy , and our table was dirty when we sat down. After placing our order, we waited about 35 minutes to receive our food. When it finally arrived, the fries were burnt and cold. The burgers were also cold, and the buns felt cold as if they had been stored or refrigerated, not freshly prepared. The quality was not worth the price. When we asked how much longer the food would take, the woman at the counter responded that we needed to be patient because she didn’t know, showing little interest in helping. When we mentioned the poor quality of the food, there was no apology and no attempt to fix the situation. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place and hope they improve both their service and food quality.
