  No employees came out to help us order. Everyone was on their phones. The employees avoided us for a while before we were helped. The staff acts as if they’ve never encountered customers before. There was also no clear distinction between the grill and the 333 burger spot. We found this restaurant through an add about buy one get one burgers. When we got there we found out it was false, no type of deals or discounts were in sight. I have never experienced something like this. Even if the food was decent I would never order from here again simply because of their poor service.

  Decided to take my girlfriend for dinner and everybody working inside decided to ignore our existence, turns out that we had to order on some screen that nobody directs you to, workers only acknowledge your presence if you decide to eat inside the restaurant that this local is shared with, only person that gets a break is the older guy working there that directed us to the screen, everyone else acted like they were too good to even ask if we needed help. Doesn’t matter how good or bad the food is. This is the type of service that nobody should ever experience. Stay away from this place 👍

  Went expecting a counter to order. Saw a bar and sat down. Apparently it is connected to an Argentinian/Italian restaurant. The burgers you order on a touch screen. And someone brings it out to you. There are tables with condiments but the whole thing seems awkward. No explanation unless you ask, the touch screen is hidden away from the door. I walked right by it. Maybe add a sign with an explanation? I ordered a buy one get one double smash cheeseburger. They were very good. Good food, strange setup.

  I would NEVER in my life come back here even if you paid me. The way we were treated was absolutely disgusting. The concept is ridiculous and not at all advertised that the burger place is a part of another restaurant called Malbec grill. Nobody takes your order it’s only on a kiosk, they advertise a buy one get one free offer but don’t honor it. I was trying to get help, the bartender straight up ignored me TWICE. Then I found a manager to ask him for help and he pretty much told me their restaurant Malbec grill was too busy for him to help and he would send someone else, but never sent anyone. So we ended up paying more than what we were supposed and got treated like total scum. Terrible terrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.

  You would never know this place exists if not for the numerous posts in IG It’s 2 restaurants combined into one, 333 and Malbec Argentinian/Italian restaurant. There is 1 door that has a 333 on it that you could easily drive past as I did 4 times. The signage is very bad. Once inside the place is very dark and I was instructed to order online even while standing inside the restaurant. Staff was very nice and helpful. It didn’t take very long for my order to be completed. When I got to my car I tasted the fries and they are definitely not crispy but not bad. The onion rings are too greasy and have no flavor. Once I got home the burger was very good. I would definitely go back for their burger.
