  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered take out. We ordered 2 double smashed burgers, onion rings, and fries. First off. The fries and onion rings were simply placed in the bag OPEN. No cover, no wrapping, no nothing. Just placed wide open in the bag with a hope and a prayer that they would stay completely upright and not spill over. To add a cherry on top, the onion rings were undercooked and mushy and the fries were very overcooked. Smh. Now onto the burgers. I know I have had smashed burgers before at other locations so the ENTIRE burger isn't supposed to be smashed down like you put a brick on it before wrapping it. And now onto the wrapping. The foil was not even sufficient to cover and seal the entire burger. The burgers tasted as if the they had been precooked and then reheated and smashed before wrapping. Do yourselves a favor and just pass this place by. You'll thank me.

  Burgers and fries were pretty good, and prices were reasonable. The service left a lot to be desired. We weren’t greeted when we entered the place, and another customer had to offer to help with kiosk ordering. It took about 15 minutes for our order to arrive, minus the vanilla shake. I had to remind our server that my order was incomplete, and about 10 minutes later, the shake finally arrived. Can’t recommend this place, but if you decide to go, I hope your experience is better than ours.

  I saw their ad on social media and i’ve decided based on the pictures on their menu. The food looked amazing if you take a look at the french fries or potatoes whatever they call them on their menu they look awesome not so much! When my order was delivered, it was extremely cold like it just came out of refrigerator. The french fries were soggy and cold, but they look like they were burnt, which is weird. I asked for lettuce on my hamburger and it was one small little piece of hard lettuce The size of a quarter. I hate posting bad reviews. This is a new business which I’d love to support but I have to say I will never order again.

  I placed an online takeout order, and the bag was stapled shut with the receipt attached, giving the impression that the order had been checked and completed correctly. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the fries were missing entirely. To make matters worse, none of the burgers were labeled, making it impossible to identify which item belonged to each person. I attempted to contact the store immediately to resolve the issue, but my calls went unanswered. This level of inattention to basic order accuracy and customer service is unacceptable. The experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and highly disappointing.

  This was easily one of the most frustrating and disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The ordering process alone was a mess—confusing, slow, and unnecessarily complicated. We kept it simple: a regular burger, a bunless burger (which is a completely standard request at literally every burger place), cheese bites, and two milkshakes. Nothing crazy. After waiting over 40 minutes, our food finally came out—and somehow, everything was wrong. My burger was cold and on a bun, completely ignoring the request. The cheese bites were actually frozen in the middle, not just undercooked—frozen. And the milkshakes? Nowhere to be found. When we tried to have the order corrected, we were told it would take another 20–30 minutes. At that point, I was beyond hungry and the environment didn’t help—chaotic, loud, and overwhelming. There was no way I was sitting there another half hour hoping for edible food. It was clear we weren’t the only ones having a bad experience either—at least two other groups nearby were visibly frustrated. We ended up asking for a refund just so we could leave and get something hot to eat elsewhere. I went to Wendy’s afterward, and honestly, it was significantly better in every way—which says a lot. Terrible service, poor food quality, long wait times, and zero attention to basic requests. We won’t ever, ever go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND dining there.
