    Consistently one of the worst fast food experiences in Panama city. Inattentive cashiers, long wait times, incorrect orders. The entire Costa Family should be embarrassed. I will literally drive out of my way to go to a different store, and I live two blocks away. Have filed multiple complaints, no one cares. It's McDonald's, people will go there regardless because of the name.

    This is likely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I live close to this locationso I come here about once each week. The food freshness is unpredictable but I feel like it's bad more than its good. The employees are not really rude but the are not at all friendly. The wait here is also terrible. I just ordered a 6 piece nuggets and a cheeseburger, 29 minutes wait and they aren't busy. I recommend going to a different one.

    Placed an order around 12:15, waited until 12:30 in the drive through with two people i could visibly see inside, no one said anything or acknowledged the other customers coming in through the drive through. Please change operating hours to reflect when the business is operational .

    I am so frustrated with my experience i just had. i did a curbside pickup that took 20 minutes to receive. there was no one here. they weren’t busy at all. once i waited 15 minutes i decided to go into the drive thru to pick up my order instead. the lady said for mobile pickups you are supposed to go inside. i explained that ive waited for a long time and she said i had to go back to my parking spot and they will bring it out. I just don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me at the window. So i go back to the curbside parking and a guy comes 5 minutes later. says nothing to me and just stands there. he didn’t pass over my stuff like the normal employee would do so i had to reach out of my car and grab everything. and he still said nothing at all.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience at one of your McDonald’s locations.(St.Andrews) My daughter recently purchased food from this location and discovered a foreign object in her sandwich. When she brought this issue to the attention of the general manager on duty, the situation was handled very poorly. Instead of addressing the concern respectfully and professionally, the general manager responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. She used inappropriate language, including profanity, and spoke to my daughter in a degrading manner. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position who is responsible for maintaining professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction. The way this situation was handled not only failed to resolve a serious food safety concern but also created an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment for customers. In fact, another customer in the restaurant witnessed the interaction and even stepped in, stating that a complaint should be made immediately because of how unprofessional the general manager was behaving.
