The wait staff are excellent and the entire staff seems like family. We have traveled the entire east coast at one time or another and Waffle Shoppe is our favorite breakfast restaurant period. I had the non omelet both times and man oh man, all kinds of delicious. The wife had biscuits and gravy. She makes her own gravy at home and is definitely a critic. She was impressed and that says alot! We will be back in May and the Waffle Shoppe will definitely be on the top of places to eat. Make sure when you go to Panama City, skip all the touristy restaurants and check out Waffle Shoppe. Down home regular folk and great food!
