To begin with, the staff refused to honor valid, non-expired coupons without any clear explanation. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they dismissed it outright. When I placed my order for a specific meal, I was served something completely different because they “didn’t have it,” yet I was still charged full price for the item they chose for me. When I politely pointed out that it wasn’t what I ordered, the employee (arab guy who appeared to be in a managerial role) slammed the food down on the table in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. On top of that, half of the seating area was deliberately closed off, leaving customers with little to no space. The combination of poor service, lack of transparency, and outright rudeness makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this establishment. If you value basic respect, professionalism, or honesty in a business, I strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere. This place does not deserve loyal customers.
