  The car hops always provide good customer service and are very friendly. It is as expected. Delicious!

  We stopped to pick up supper on the way home. We watched 1 employee walk in front of our car, he was headed out back to smoke. We pushed the button and waited over 10 minutes and nothing. No one even spoke. A couple minutes later the man came walking back by and went inside. And still no one spoke, the button was still blinking. We started to leave and saw a truck on the other side of the building in the drive thru. So we thought we would try the drive thru. I pulled up the the speaker and I could her a man speaking to the person in the truck. But he never spoke to me. I then heard him talking to another employee inside. After another 5 minutes and no one had spoken to me but they were still talking inside, so we left and went to Fat Boys Burgers. Fat Boys had great service and great food. I will not go back to Sonic.

  Absolutely terrible service. This Sonic was not busy at all—there were only three other vehicles besides us—yet somehow no one could be bothered to take our order. We pressed the button and waited over 10 minutes without a single response. Not even a “we’ll be right with you.” While sitting there ignored, we could clearly see two employees in the kitchen, and one of them actually walked outside with a Sonic drink and a cigarette he was actively lighting. He hung out for several minutes, went back inside, and still no one came to take our order. Priorities clearly weren’t on customers. I know Sonic can have good food, but that doesn’t matter when the service is this bad. There’s no excuse for ignoring customers when the place is basically empty. After waiting even longer with zero acknowledgment, we left. Complete waste of time. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

  This location has been on point lately, . Two recent visits at dinner time really stood out because whomever is cooking knows their craft. Food is great quality, handled with care & tastes perfect. Only tip I’d give the servers is to come out to the cars prepared with condiments so that you aren’t leaving food with your customers to go back and retrieve what’s necessary. I was in a situation where I had to leave soon & couldn’t wait for them to go all the way back in and come out with 1 or 2 packets. Their app limits condiments (more strenuous than most) so I couldn’t add ketchup because I already had 2 packets of mustard in my order. Otherwise, the servers are nice and friendly & quality of meal is phenomenal for a quick stop meal!
