Employees can’t get orders right or correct place looks like a trash bin. This store doesn’t even have management. Very sad. Will never go back.

At times, the food is excellent, while at other times, it could be significantly improved. For instance, I have received cold mozzarella sticks on occasion, yet there have also been times when I've enjoyed freshly prepared hamburgers and chicken nuggets for my son. I do appreciate the friendly staff and have never encountered any issues with them; however, as I mentioned, the food quality can be quite variable.
- BHBrandon HrubyDec 7, 20251.0Bay county just doesnt have fast food anymore! The people working at these places in this area, just don't have a sense of urgency at all. The parking lots have in them, the drive thru operators either cut us off to wait longer or dont respond at all, and I dont even hold it against them. The management needs to be changed out to send these employees back to grandma's basement, so the good employees can come to work. Get it together!
