I love that the kids meals include an apple or chips, and the kid portions are very filling. My kids personal favorites are always the smoothies, and I love the Madagascar vanilla latte. The pastries were fresh and the food was great. Thanks for a nice family atmosphere, Panera team!

This has happened several times. he Has created an atmosphere that I do not want to return to. Goodbye.

I just threw it away but after I decided I would get something sweet but the girl at the counter told me if I wanted anything else I could use the kiosk to order and walked away she was running her mouth with another employee who then walk to the back. I told her that I wanted some of the sweets beside her for me and 2 older kid with me. She rolled her eyes and said well okay what do you want and was openly mad about it. Mind you I used the kiosk to order our food because she walked away from the counter when we came in and I didn't even complain about the soup. I know we all have bad days but hers was so bad she needed to go home and let someone else who wanted to work take over!!!!
