Order was late, soup was cold and drink was watered down with the ice melted. the app does not offer a reasonable means of correcting this issue and even though they actually use Door Dash, there's no way to submit feedback on the drivers or the orders. Submitted my issue on the app and they offered AN $11 CREDIT TOWARDS MY NEXT ORDER. How does that solve today's ruined meal that I paid extra to have delivered so that I could work from my office during lunch? There will not be a next order because every experience I've had with this restaurant this year has been a painful waste of my time and money. There's always either an issue with item quality, or missing ingredients, or ingredients left on that should have been removed, the list goes on. Seems like they have a goal of making at least one mistake on every order. The customer service is lacking as much as the food preparation and the delivery. If I ever want Panera again, I guess I will drive myself to a more reliable location than this one. Unbelievable. Edit to add: it would be nice to include a spoon in the bag for an order that contains soup. I was going to at least try to eat my cold chicken noodle.
