  Showed up at least 30 mins before close (which I know is late but still plenty of time before close) the workers all just sat in the lobby and ignored us and the car behind us in the drive through. Not impressed.

  Unfortunately, this location didn't have the drink my wife ordered- a mocha frappe. Not too bad of a problem ordinarily, but this time it was. She is a diabetic and already gave herself insulin for the drink! We had to RACE to the location on back beach road. Thankfully we made it in time 👌

  Went in at about 8:45pm and there was a young female employee vaping in the store. A young male emphasizes like 6 friends in the store that were swearing and acting horribly bad and the older Manager that was on didn't say anything to them.

  If you come here you're going to really need to Love McDonald's because the efficiency at this place is horrible. Two experiences here and neither one was good. It's not that food is bad although, I did have to ask for fresh fries after nearly ten minutes of waiting for an order. It's the customer service...1st experience was in the drive through. Literally nothing was said when I pulled up to the window. I thought she would tell me the total, say hello or something...nothing. Nothing but blank stare that was so awkward, I just handed her my card "here you go!" The second time I went inside...the place is ran like a circus. Literally watched the drive through guy go outside to his car to hit a vape and come back in to fetch his phone so he could give a discount to the guys ordering at the kiosk who asked if they could use his employee discount. The young lady at the counter was apparently friends with that group as well and was out front socializing with them when our order came up after 10 minutes. That's where the rubbery cold fries came into to play...they sat in the bag while the sandwich was cooking according to the young lady at the front...she was very nice and replaced them but the place wasn't even busy...honestly it just seems poorly supervised.
