Service was extremely slow for fastfood. They had a double line but only one person taking orders. We sat in line for 22 minutes, and we notice that some people got out of the line and pulled off. Also, I ordered 2 breakfast combos and only received 1 napkin for 2 people. No stirrers for our coffee.

Harrison ave McDonalds used to be the WORST in the city…now that they are closed it’s TYNDALL pkwy that’s crowned the WORST…yu can get fresh hot CORRECT food ONE time and after that they disappoint EVERY TIME SMH

We know that when we go to this McDonalds, the order will be wrong 100% of the time. Usually its a mild inconvenience and we just ask for the missing items. It's the closest one to us by about 20 minutes, and usually the staff are at least nice.
Our experience this evening was atrocious. We ordered on the app, went to the drive thru, were asked to pull up, where we proceeded to wait 30min before being given the entirely wrong order. My husband went inside to have it corrected, where he had to wait even longer. The corrected food was also missing items. We had to wait for the missing items to be made, and by the time that was corrected, our other food was cold. The staff this evening were dismissive, unapologetic, and offered no further solutions to their mistakes, the wait time, or the cold food.
It's been six months since we moved here and I haven't left a review yet, but after this I had to say something.
