  After standing there for almost 10 minutes, I ended up hollering in back to get service. Then it’s seemed like I was bothering Christians conversation so, I politely said I would dine somewhere else so I didn’t bother the conversation he was having in back. And actually it was my first time in there so guess I found out my answer , was it a good or bad place to grab a bite to eat. Answer . no .

  My first time here, and the food was actually much better than I expected and for a decent price. But the cashier was absolutely miserable. The name on my receipt says Brittany C and she basically rolled her eyes at any question I had. Never offered us drinks, as I didn’t know you had to order them separately. Seemed annoyed when I asked for extra sauce, even though I offered to pay for it. Even the CHILD I was having dinner with commented how rude she seemed. Maybe just an off day for her, but as someone who’s worked the food industry around here for 20 years, her demeanor is unacceptable. I’ll be back, but if I gotta deal with her again I’ll be speaking up next time.

  As much as I love to eat here when I have the extra funds but I think is obscured that when I go to place on a order online and proceed to payment it goes to change the price never happened before to I think it crazy we get told this total after taxes and all but go to pay and my card declines because the amount has changed. Fix your app

  4/5 stars. Good Italian cuisine at a good price! There is a little wait sometimes but it is definitely worth it overall. The $6.99 lunch specials from 11AM-4PM are my suggestion. It comes with two food choices and a drink, what an excellent deal. I haven't tried the dinner options yet, only lunch ones, but I am interested in doing so in the future. Clean environment and very friendly and accommodating service. The only thing that was not up to par in my opinion was the tea. It was okay but kind of bitter, certainly not like the sweet tea I am used to lol. I have heard that Italian restaurants in general tend to not make their tea really sweet so that could be it. Overall, I would recommend Fazoli's.
